Delivery
Orders received by 3pm would normally be despatched to you by overnight carrier excluding weekends, except bar coolers which are delivered in 5-7 working days. Deliveries are to UK Mainland only. Damages must be reported at the time of delivery. No other notification after delivery or signed for “without inspection” may be accepted as a claim.
Payment
Payment may be made by internet shopping cart, alternatively, we are happy to accept payment by credit/debit card by telephone, there is no extra charge for this.
Returns
Returns will only be accepted with prior agreement. In the event of the customer having ordered the incorrect product, or change of mind a restocking fee of 30% will be made. No returns will be accepted if the original packaging is in any way damaged or defaced.
